Taiden's First Year Video Montage

So I just realized that I never posted my one year old video! Which I finished on Taiden's birthday. The main reason is cause my movie editor sucks, I wasn't able to upload it to even YouTube! So I bought a new one, but by then I was to irritated to do it how I did it the first time... But here it is..

Favorite Words

Taiden has two favorite new words.
No and Yeah.
He says them both constantly and I think he's starting to REALLY understand what they mean... He tells me NO! then runs down the hall or he'll shake his head while saying it. But I also think he just really likes saying those words.

Playdate

Yesterday we had a playdate with a friend of (mine? and) Felecia's and her kids. She has a almost 2 year old daughter (Zoe) and 4 month old twins (Eli and Eva). They are so cute and we had tons of fun! Felecia and Katie had fun catching up.

Good Times

I have been watching Eliza 5 days a week for about 2.5 hours since the beginning of January and it's been really fun. I take tons of pictures but I have yet to post any so I just thought I'd post a few from last week or the week before.. who knows.. haha

The first thing she does when she gets here or after she eats is kick off her shoes and go straight for Taiden's LITTLE ball pit I got him for his birthday... She loves it!

She also likes to take books in there and read... I hear "I'm going upstairs to get books now okay Summer? Okay?"
Having Eliza over is a blast and I'm really glad Taiden has someone to play with on an almost daily basis.

Last week (or was it the week before?) I also watched Walker while Lesley was at the flower shop (oh yeah it was for Valentines so it was the week before) and he FINALLY convinced Taiden to go DOWN the stairs and to eat chicken 'nuggets'! Thank you Walker!

During this post I heard a faint sound of clapping then Taiden came giddily into the room. Crap I thought he's up to something.... I ran out of the room and saw the bathroom door wasn't closed... this is what I found...

Taiden's Birthday

So a lot has happened in the past two weeks! And each deserves it's own post (although we all know with me that post will be late or may never come at all). I will try to post them all separately.

First. Taiden had a birthday party! It was music themed (but I forgot to make a play list on my IPOD so the music was kinda lame haha) and although he won't remember it I think he had fun playing with his cousins and friends, and I hope they had fun too.

Everything is kind of backwards cause I'm just to lazy to switch it and I uploaded them in the wrong order!

1. I have a horrible habit of touching my nose that I hate, and have been trying to change since I was 12!

2. I hope I have a girl next, but I will not disclose my girl name in case any name thieves read my blog.

3. I HATE name thieves. If you know I wanted to name my child something why would you steal it? I should have been named Jamillah, but THANKFULLY my aunt stole it from my mom. I still HATE them though...

4. I think I have a mild case of OCD.

5. I HAVE to put lotion on after I wash my hands. I've been known to ask random people when I'm out and have forgotten mine at home. If you catch me ringing my hands... That's probably why...

6. I've had the chicken pox THREE times. NO LIE.
