23 Weeks pregnant w/Khari

As you can see I'm getting SUPER fat already.  My boss is almost 8 weeks ahead of me and i swear we look the same!  Here I am at 23 weeks with Taiden.. Okay just kidding I look horrible! But as long as my face doesn't look jacked up I'll start posting comparison pictures as well... This time I got smart and kept my face out of the picture haha..

Khari at 23 Weeks

• Has been seen kicking me by several people and felt by daddy...
• Is making mommy really fat really fast!
• Is measuring right on track, but is weighing in 2 weeks ahead! Ahhh
• The baby's finger nails are almost fully formed and the lanugo darkens. Your baby continues to grow in preparation for the journey of birth. He or she is totally unaffected by the Braxton Hicks, or practice, contractions. Baby weighs 1 pound 2 ounces (510 grams).
• Turn on the radio and sway to the music. With her sense of movement well developed by now, your baby can feel you dance. And now that she's more than 11 inches long and weighs just over a pound (about as much as a large mango), you may be able to see her squirm underneath your clothes. Blood vessels in her lungs are developing to prepare for breathing, and the sounds that your baby's increasingly keen ears pick up are preparing her for entry into the outside world. Loud noises that become familiar now — such as your dog barking or the roar of the vacuum cleaner — probably won't faze her when she hears them outside the womb.

Oh my Sweet Taiden Curls.....

I love my Taiden curls.. It takes me about 5 minutes a day to do, but if you ask Devan it takes half an hour... His hair has gotten so long and it's always in his eyes... I know I will not want to take care of this with a new baby and I KNOW his dad will not do it since he doesn't do it now....
I had decided to cut his hair in May before Khari makes her entrance... I need that long so that I can prepare myself for it... I mean who wouldn't love these curls?!?

But alas... I woke up this morning and I was like... this kid is getting a hair cut... TODAY.

I think he likes it...

There were some tears though....

But after it was all over he got over it haha.

I was gonna post a video of him but my stupid camera has been acting up ever since my mom dropped it at Taiden's birthday party.. Hence no pictures of Taiden's birthday party haha.
So to close it out here are some pictures of Chaos because oh hey we have a dog that most people have never seen.... Chaos will be getting his first hair cut tomorrow! Oh what a weekend...

He's such a little puppy dog. He's huge and everyone is scared of him.. But I think this dog would probably let us get killed before biting anyone.. 

Okay now it's working haha so for those of you who don't know what Yo Gabba Gabba is here is Taiden Starring in HOLD STILL, by the Gabbas.

Taiden sayings...

Because I don't want the sidebar to be another mile long I'm putting some other things Taiden does in an actual post. What a post you say?!? Well kinda... haha

*When you tell him to do ANYTHING. (but they all say this.. don't they?)
  No you do it!

*Taiden: I love you mommy...
  Me: And mommy loves you...
  Taiden: No! I love mommy!!!

*Me or Dev: Who do you love?
  Taiden: I love mommy!
  Me or Dev: and Daddy...
  Taiden: No! Mommy!
  this goes on until we say and Mommy (or whoever we're talking about) love you, then he'll finally move on.

*Me: Time to eat breakfast Daddy...
  Taiden: No! Daddy no eat breakfast!!! Mommy eat breakfast!

*After everything he does. Be it lining things up or putting legos together..
  Taiden: I did it! or I maked it!
  He also says "You did it" or "You maked it! Yay Mommy!" when someone helps him do something...

*I like books. You like books too? or whatever the object, food, etc. is...

*Whenever he gives someone a kiss... "and hug too!!!???" This includes my belly haha.

*Daddy home!!!
  Mommy home!!!
  Auntie home!!!

*Trys to say Felecia, but it sounds more like sister so it confuses us all day long!

*Takes my phone because he wants to look at 'baby sisser'

Taiden at 23 months

Taiden at 23 months

• Can name all of his cousins because their pics are on the fridge next to his highchair..
• Growls at me then says Oh SCARY!
• Has progressed to taking everything out off all his drawers and putting them in the dirty clothes basket.
• Has to have thirteen hundred thousand books read to him each night.
• Is 1 month away from being TWO!!!
• Is the light of my life.
• Likes to clean up
• Likes to take everything out oh his towel drawer during his naps. I am anal about the orginization of his drawers so this is no fun!
• Loves to brush his teeth with his new spongebob toothbrush.
• LOVES to dance. Even with no music.
• Loves to wash his hands.
• Morning routine= yelling and more yelling
• Still loves cheese.
• Wants to watch 'GABBA GABBA' all day long
• Will one day ask a question like book please? and the next say Can I read a book please? It blows my mind
• Will put his books away during a tantrum them tear up the rest of his room...

A bunch of junk... seriously

So I haven't posted any pictures or anything because I couldn't find my camera!!! I originally left it at the Turner's. Then I guess I put it in my pocket and it fell under the seat in my car. But I thought it was still at the Turners so I didn't bother looking for it. Then when I went over they were like camera huh what? And I was all but I left it here! I swear! Well I think I swear.. In the end I said well it's prob in my car so don't bother looking for it. And well that's where it was! (I'm just to lazy to go take it off the charger to post pics now..) Guess I should clean it more often! And let me tell you it is DIRTY. The outside more than the end although I can't say the inside was clean either.. But I just threw a bunch of crap in a bag and now it's sitting on the kitchen table waiting finish being distributed to the correct rooms in the house.. But in the end it will probably all end up back in the car!
Speaking of rooms in the house... We REALLY only have a 3 bedroom house but we're turning it in to a 4 bedroom house because Devan (of all people) doesn't want my sister to move out. So the playroom/computer room is being turned into her room so Khari can have a room upstairs.. At this moment I am sitting at the computer in the LIVING ROOM. U.G.LY. But oh well it isn't forever and I'll get over it. Thinking about it most of my friends and their families have computers in their Living Rooms too! The toys will be in the kids room (Gahh) and some will be the little corner of the Family Room. You think you hate something till you have to get rid of it. I wish we had room to keep the table that is currently there. *sigh*
On a good note! The move should be completed this weekend and we can start getting Khari's room ready! I am ordering her bedroom stuff this weekend if we can make up our minds. We want a hutch, but the two we like don't have the greatest reviews (some good some bad) and I am BIG on reviews let me tell ya. But in the end I'm sure we'll go with one of them! Her room is PROBABLY going to be purple, green, and a blue shade.. Definitely will be butterflies. I've found the CUTEST butterfly decor and I can't wait to do her room, except I can't find bedding! I'll most likely go with pretty simple plain bedding as there will be BUTTERFLIES every where else haha. Devan wants to put a chair rail up like we did in Taiden's room at the old house, and I'm down.. More room for butterflies to flutter! haha Now all I have to do is pick paint colors.. *gulp*
Taiden's SECOND (tear) birthday party is Friday so I will be posting pictures sometime this weekend for sure!
